At Baba Vishwanath Traders, we strive to provide the best travel and transport services. However, we understand that plans can change. Below is our policy regarding booking cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking (Cab, Tour Package, or Hotel), the following charges will apply based on the time of cancellation:

Cancellation 48 hours before the trip: Full Refund (minus 5% processing fee).

Cancellation between 24 to 48 hours before the trip: 50% Refund of the advance amount.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the trip: No Refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by Baba Vishwanath Traders
In rare cases such as vehicle breakdown, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, if we are unable to provide the service:

We will offer an alternative vehicle or reschedule the trip.

If no alternative is possible, a 100% Full Refund will be issued to the customer without any deductions.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for “No-Show” (if the customer does not arrive at the pickup point at the scheduled time).

Refunds are not applicable for any unused services (e.g., if you cut your tour short).
4. Refund Process

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) used at the time of booking.
